Veggie Loaded meatloaf

2 pounds grass fed beef or any lean ground protein

1 large onion

1 red pepper

1 green pepper fresh parsley you add the amount you like

1 envelope of dry onion soup mix

1/3 cup organic ketchup

3/4 cup of almond meal/flour in place of bread crumbs

small amount of water

2 free range eggs

Mix everything bake at 350 for an hour YUM!
