Every choice you make in a day determines your results not just food choices but all choices.
Be aware of all of the decisions you make daily even the people you surround yourself with can have alot to do with your results.
Try to keep people in your life that motivate you to better yourself and that encourage you to move forward.
If you have people pulling you in the opposite direction these people are toxic.
There are many people who get frustrated with not having the ability to stick to goals with training and eating clean and may try to make you feel bad but know this is not about you it is their own insecurites that they will have to learn to work through.
If you are making positive steps on bettering your life don't let anyone get in your way!
You deserve to be healthy and fit and remember the saying misery loves company!
I had a friend once who I really loved and after getting fit and taking care of my body and eating clean she shut me out...years have gone by and then that same girl wants my advice and jokes that I should help her get ready for a race with her eating etc...I have learned to keep people close to me who appreciate... I have always wanted the best for everyone in my life and have never let me getting healthy and fit go to my head. I love helping people and it's just funny how people can be.
I am content and happy I don't need a huge house or a fancy car they are not the things that matter...the things that matter are taking care of yourself taking control of your health and surrounding yourself with positive people and loved ones..make your life count and live life to the fullest!
